Manager – Learning and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Implementation and Learning initiatives.

• Oversee and mentor implementation specialists as well as learning content specialists.

• Manage technical setup and prioritize onboarding standards for camps.

• Guide the development of curriculum, self-service content, and knowledge base infrastructure.

• Create flexible learning programs and implementation procedures.

• Collaborate with Support, Success, Sales, and Product teams.

• Ensure Learning remains in sync with platform updates and modernization efforts.

• Establish and report on metrics such as launch quality, time-to-value, and support case deflection.

• Modify the roadmap in response to performance data.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in team management, including motivating team members, holding them accountable to defined expectations, and responsibly managing a budget.

• Track record of setting strategic direction for a business area and converting goals into actionable priorities, tradeoffs, and a detailed plan.

• Background in Learning and Implementation roles within SaaS organizations.

• Knowledge of best practices in Learning and Implementation, including the impact of AI on customer onboarding, enablement, and learning processes.

• Ability to utilize real data to establish priorities, make tradeoffs, and articulate sequencing decisions.

• Capability to define success metrics, assess impact, and adapt strategies based on data insights.

• Experience representing work in high-stakes discussions with senior leadership, upset customers, or cross-functional teams.
