This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.
• Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it remains stable, performs efficiently, is scalable, and can be upgraded effectively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and convert them into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Consult with users to pinpoint, assess, and develop strategies for improvements.
• Manage and facilitate changes and enhancements, including analysis, testing, change management, and processes for user feedback.
• Implement the ServiceNow platform strategy and promote its value within the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, implementing compliant best-practice solutions.
• Supervise the development, execution, administration, and evaluation of system processes and mechanisms.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring collaboration, adherence to service agreements, and prompt resolution of issues.
• Define and monitor KPIs that measure the effectiveness and success of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and guide team efforts; select, coach, develop, motivate, and manage team performance.
• Propose operating and capital budgets, controlling expenditures within approved limits.
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct, policies, regulations, and applicable laws.
• Travel as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in information technology and ServiceNow within a complex environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of management experience in project management and overseeing multi-discipline work teams.
• Experience in systems design and development, from business requirements analysis to daily management.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Understanding of enterprise organizational structures, workflows, business system architecture, and technology.
• Capability to convert technical requirements into project design and implementation needs.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in explaining and communicating technical design decisions to customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and complete assignments thoroughly and on time.
• Knowledge of best practices in information systems operations, regulations, and guidelines.
• Experience in establishing working relationships and collaborating with various teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
