IT Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT infrastructure operations for federal customers

• Lead a team managing around 700 Windows Server and Red Hat Linux servers

• Ensure adherence to service level metrics

• Identify and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and availability

• Organize team structure and distribute tasks appropriately

• Provide regular updates on team status to leadership and customers

• Conduct briefings for customers on the status of infrastructure activities

• Support a 24x7 customer environment, which may include odd hours for critical maintenance tasks

• Facilitate effective communication among technical teams and customers

• Resolve customer challenges by offering viable options

• Engage with customers and team members in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience

• Additional relevant experience and/or certifications may be accepted in place of a degree

• Broad technical knowledge across various information technology domains

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience working with federal government clients

• Background in an operational IT setting

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Capability to obtain and maintain a DOJ Public Trust clearance

• Must satisfy eligibility requirements for accessing customer information

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM

• Experience with government contracting, especially with the DOJ
