This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee a team of presales professionals specializing in technical consulting, client consulting, and enterprise architecture.
• Establish strategic direction, manage deliverables, and meet revenue and expense targets.
• Address customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as a representative for the designated area to sales teams and company leadership.
• Cultivate strategic executive relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.

• Identify measurable value and unique selling points of the company’s offerings.
• Create business cases that connect proposals to customer objectives, strategies, and metrics.
• Develop accurate profiles of business needs and showcase industry and competitive expertise.
• A university or Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An advanced or Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Proven management experience with measurable results, including success in managing progressively higher sales quotas or related goals.
• Demonstrated success in managing resources to support complex, strategic sales or business objectives.
• Proficient in business management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Experience in forecasting and budget management.
