This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee a team of presales experts, including Technical Consultants, Technical Client Consultants, and Enterprise Architects.
• Establish strategic direction, manage deliverables, and meet revenue and expense targets.
• Address customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as a representative for the designated area to sales teams and company leadership.
• Cultivate strategic executive relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create top-tier customer solutions.
• Supervise individual and team performance while nurturing organizational talent.
• Lead overall presales operations and convert business objectives into presales utilization strategies.
• Identify regional presales coverage gaps and leverage technical expertise to secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and account planning to enhance sales strategy and allocate resources efficiently.
• Evaluate sales pipelines to ensure prompt presales support.
• Optimize operations and align with the company's strategic direction and organizational performance.
• Coach teams on consultative and financial selling, business case development, and strategic account management.
• Convey the company's technological vision to customers for key accounts and intricate deals.
• Position the company's offerings and unique selling points for enterprise-level IT solutions.
• Create business need profiles and showcase industry and competitive expertise.
• Foster talent and anticipate evolving skill requirements.
• A university or bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced or master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Proven management experience with quantifiable results, including success in managing progressively higher quotas or similar sales objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively to support complex, strategic sales and business goals.
• Strong background in business management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Experience with forecasting and budget management.
• Skills in operations development and enhancement.
• Proficient in resource allocation and brokering.
• Experience managing intricate processes.
• Expertise in strategic account support and business development.
• Negotiation skills with the company and C-level stakeholders.
