Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team while serving as an active hands-on manager.

• Generate high-level analytical outputs.

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Collaborate with business operations, clinical, marketing, and sales leaders to enhance performance.

• Direct expense management and improve capital planning.

• Set key business metrics and conduct thorough operating reviews.

• Spot opportunities for revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and labor productivity to present to senior leadership.

• Utilize expertise in revenue cycle management, billing, coding, accounts receivable management, and healthcare reimbursement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• Over 5 years of FP&A experience—particularly in healthcare operations—is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years in a management or team leadership role is preferred.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, data management, and utilizing business intelligence platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of business cell operations, cross-unit strategic alignment, and the interaction between clinical workflows, marketing, and financial performance.

• Strong analytical, financial, and executive communication capabilities.

• Familiarity with revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, coding, AR management, and healthcare reimbursement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer types.
