International Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in closing and reporting functions

• Aid in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategies

• Generate regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance evaluations for Segment leadership

• Evaluate orders, sales, margins, productivity, inflation, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Detect financial trends, performance drivers, opportunities, and risks

• Create financial analyses to support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making

• Conduct variance analysis and offer actionable recommendations

• Assist in profitability and contribution margin assessments

• Develop and sustain reporting tools

• Provide financial insights to finance and operational leaders

• Promote simplification, standardization, and documentation of finance processes

• Aid in automation efforts utilizing Power BI, AI, data analytics, and digital resources

• Enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting precision

• Formulate and uphold standard operating procedures and knowledge bases

• Engage in global and regional finance transformation initiatives

• Partner with Segment, Zone, Commercial, Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and FP&A teams

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects

• Advocate for best practices and ongoing improvement throughout the finance organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field

• Demonstrated professional experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, accounting, business analytics, or a similar area

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities

• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable visualization tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English

• Capacity to function effectively in a matrixed and multicultural setting

• Preferred knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools

• Experience with automation, AI, data modeling, or process transformation projects is a plus

• Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes is advantageous

• Ability to convert complex data into straightforward business insights is preferred

• Showcased curiosity, a sense of ownership, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement is preferred
