Manager, ERP Engineering – BTPAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, deployment, and support of AI-driven SAP automation and agentic workflows across SAP S/4HANA and associated platforms.

• Develop scalable solutions utilizing SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, A2A, and intelligent automation frameworks.

• Convert business requirements into technical designs, integrations, monitoring, controls, and production-ready solutions.

• Create reusable AI agent frameworks with governance, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and capabilities for autonomous execution.

• Diagnose and enhance AI-driven processes, integrations, workflows, and automation through observability, monitoring, and trace analysis tools.

• Implement operational monitoring, auditability, performance metrics, exception management, and practices for continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, SOX, responsible AI, and enterprise governance standards.

• Lead global engineering teams, enhance release readiness, ensure production stability, facilitate stakeholder communication, and achieve delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in SAP technology, particularly with S/4HANA, deployment engineering, and enterprise automation.

• Experience in the Fashion/Retail sector is preferred.

• Profound knowledge of SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.

• Demonstrated history of designing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled SAP solutions and agent-driven business processes.

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes including FICO, OTC, PTP, sales, billing, and financial postings.

• Experience in leading production support, incident management, release governance, observability, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Practical troubleshooting experience across AI agents, integrations, workflows, interfaces, and enterprise SAP platforms.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills, with experience in leading global teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
