This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead teams of Epic Install Analysts through system construction, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

• Convert implementation standards, methodologies, and strategic priorities into operational actions.

• Collaborate with Install Project Managers regarding scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and member expectations.

• Ensure that analyst deliverables adhere to quality standards, implementation milestones, and readiness criteria.

• Supervise build validation, testing, defect management, and issue resolution processes.

• Maintain compliance with implementation methodologies, governance, build standards, change control, and standard operating procedures.

• Track implementation health and escalate risks, barriers, resource limitations, and quality issues.

• Drive implementation KPIs related to timelines, quality, stabilization, member satisfaction, revenue cycle readiness, and workflow adoption.

• Conduct go-live readiness assessments and confirm the completion of technical deliverables.

• Assist during go-live events and rapid stabilization, including resolving post-live issues.

• Analyze post-implementation performance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Manage team capacity, resource distribution, workload balancing, and staffing strategies.

• Enhance analyst capabilities through coaching, training, cross-training, mentoring, performance management, and career development.

• Establish accountability for performance, productivity, quality, responsiveness, and compliance.

• Monitor team metrics and operational dashboards to promote continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Training, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Clinical Informatics, Development, Revenue Cycle, and Operational Services.

• Cultivate relationships with members and internal stakeholders, serving as an escalation point.

• Support workforce planning, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

• Encourage a high-performance, service-oriented culture focused on collaboration, ownership, continuous improvement, and member success.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulations, security, and confidentiality requirements.

• Report on implementation progress, resource utilization, risks, stabilization outcomes, and team performance metrics.

• Travel nationally up to 20% for on-site Go Live support.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in a business service area within a healthcare and/or IT context.

• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Certification in at least one of the following: Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, SBO, Charge Router.

• Preferred: Minimum of 5 years as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst.

• Experience in Epic implementation build is essential.

• Preferred: Experience working with Epic in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

• Proven experience leading Epic implementation activities, including build, testing, go-live readiness, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization.

• Experience managing implementation risks, dependencies, issues, and cross-functional coordination in complex healthcare settings.

• Preferred: Experience supporting implementation projects across ambulatory, acute care, community health center, tribal health, rural health, or integrated healthcare settings.

• Proven ability to lead teams through multiple concurrent implementations.

• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, change control, testing practices, readiness assessments, and stabilization processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Smartsheet or a similar project management system.

• Willingness to travel based on OCHIN's new member business needs.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office setting.

• High-speed internet service is required.

• Capacity to work in a distraction-free environment.
