This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of customer-facing Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Provide performance feedback and career guidance in alignment with Technical Solutions expectations.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members by exemplifying technical judgment, customer management, and execution skills.
• Directly oversee complex, high-stakes enterprise customers and their implementations.
• Architect and implement scalable technical solutions and integrations that involve multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Act as the technical escalation point for both personal accounts and the team portfolio.
• Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Strategic Engagement, Product, Engineering, GTM, Science, and Privacy teams to align priorities and facilitate delivery.
• Offer structure, prioritization, and decision-making frameworks to handle complexity.
• Represent Technical Solutions in cross-functional discussions.
• Identify trends to promote process improvements and create repeatable frameworks.
• Balance custom solutions with standardization and scalability.
• Enhance internal systems, documentation, and tools to boost team efficiency.
• Drive comprehensive technical delivery for large, high-impact enterprise customers.
• 5–8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, implementations, technical program management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated history of leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate effectively at both the team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels simultaneously.
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Proven capability to develop high-performing individuals and enhance team performance.
• Ability to balance coaching, accountability, and support for varying experience levels.
• Strong skill in managing competing priorities across personal accounts and team responsibilities.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, escalations, and high-stakes customer situations.
• Sound judgment in determining when to dive deep versus delegate tasks.
• Experience in driving alignment among Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, and GTM teams.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions and actionable steps.
• Capability to influence others without formal authority and drive outcomes among diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and escalations with credibility and confidence.
• Strong commitment to achieving exceptional customer outcomes.
• Ownership mindset with consistent follow-through.
