This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create cultivation materials, impact reports, and targeted collateral for donor engagement activities and solicitations.

• Maintain the voice and messaging from Executive Leadership to high-level donors.

• Develop presentations, overviews, speaking points, video scripts, acknowledgements, correspondence, and collateral materials.

• Collaborate and strategize with business partners across the organization.

• Facilitate reviews and approvals of materials.

• Act as a subject matter expert on mission priorities, programs, and funding opportunities.

• Provide strategic advice connecting donor interests with mission-driven impact.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Mission teams.

• Create and maintain systems, templates, and resource libraries.

• Implement scalable communication processes, templates, and workflows.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and production schedules.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

• Track and assess program metrics.

• Design and deliver training, onboarding, and educational resources for Philanthropy staff.

• Keep communications resources organized, accessible, and up to date.

• Encourage the use of communication tools, templates, and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; relevant coursework or certifications in nonprofit management, communications, or fundraising are a plus.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience related to donor communications, donor stewardship, or major gifts in a nonprofit setting.

• Proficient in writing about complex medical and scientific topics for a general audience.

• Experience with design and formatting, ensuring alignment with organizational branding standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Canva is a plus.
