Manager, Domain Consulting – AI Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of Domain Consultants specializing in AI Security.

• Recruit, mentor, retain, and facilitate career growth and technical skill development for the team.

• Establish the technical strategy and enablement direction for securing customers’ comprehensive AI adoption.

• Define technical solutions for AI-operated autonomous agents, applications, and enterprise data.

• Develop strategy and standards for hands-on Proof of Value and technical validation initiatives.

• Eliminate obstacles to ensure consistent, high-quality technical execution.

• Align technical resources with theater and regional sales priorities.

• Forecast technical victories and drive pipeline and revenue in collaboration with sales management.

• Collect field feedback and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence Prisma AIRS releases.

• Facilitate discussions on emerging AI threats and model vulnerabilities.

• Direct RFx strategy and position Prisma AIRS against market alternatives at field events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of pre-sales or solutions experience in AI Security, Cloud Security, Application/API Security, or DevSecOps.

• At least 2 years in a leadership role or team lead capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop technical pre-sales talent.

• Capability to build high-performing, collaborative teams.

• Strong working knowledge of LLM APIs, scripting, and agentic workflows.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.

• In-depth knowledge of AI Runtime Security.

• Understanding of Generative AI risks, including Prompt Injection and Goal Hijacking.

• Familiarity with AI Agent/MCP governance.

• Knowledge of AI-centric Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

• Proven success in partnering with sales leadership to build pipeline, forecast accurately, and close complex enterprise deals.

• Exceptional ability to translate intricate AI architectures, including RAG, agentic workflows, and model orchestration, into clear business outcomes.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for key in-person customer meetings, team engagements, and field events.
