This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the daily operations of the Criminal and Housing Data Acquisition teams.
• Supervise acquisition techniques, quality, and performance of criminal, housing, sanctions, and various public record sources.
• Offer leadership and operational support to team members.
• Collaborate with the Director of Data Acquisition to enhance data coverage and promote process improvement.
• Oversee, mentor, train, develop, recruit, and assess employee performance.
• Manage team resources, vendors, and external bulk-data service providers.
• Monitor processes to achieve cost-effective, high-quality, compliant results.
• Anticipate resource requirements based on volume changes and adjust resources as necessary.
• Develop and refine team KPIs.
• Establish team-specific operating policies and training programs.
• Conduct department quality audits.
• Suggest improvements for quality and onboarding processes.
• Track trends and report critical findings, statistics, and team output to leadership.
• Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for resolving advanced data issues.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Proficiency with relational database systems, including SQL Server, is required.
• Familiarity with web transportation tools (XML and HTML) is required.
• Experience in using reporting tools and data sets for data analysis and reporting is required.
• Knowledge of the life cycle of criminal records and the necessary standards for reporting is required.
• Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required if performing work-related driving while at Asurint, along with the ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record per the company’s liability insurance policy.
• Experience within the legal/court system is preferred.
• Background screening experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• A preferred range of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• A preferred range of 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Capability to lift lightweight objects (under 20 pounds) and transport them short distances (20 feet or less) is required.
• Occasional travel by personal vehicle and possible overnight travel may be necessary.
