Manager, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee clinical operations teams to guarantee efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.

• Formulate and execute strategies to optimize clinical trial processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.

• Work in collaboration with clinical research, data management, and regulatory affairs teams to align clinical operations with overall project objectives.

• Supervise site management tasks, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure.

• Assess trial performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures to maximize trial results.

• Manage clinical operations activities within the designated area to ensure delivery meets high standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in clinical operations across multiple clinical trial phases and therapeutic areas.

• Demonstrated history of managing and executing clinical trials effectively.

• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry benchmarks.

• Experience in optimizing trial processes and addressing operational challenges.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
