This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with current clients.
• Develop strategies that align with both client and internal business goals.
• Discover opportunities for expansion and enhance portfolio performance.
• Oversee client retention and satisfaction by comprehending client needs, goals, and challenges.
• Serve as a consultative partner for enterprise clients.
• Communicate client objectives to internal teams and facilitate service delivery.
• Proactively handle enterprise accounts and initiate strategic discussions.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective service delivery.
• Oversee contractual commitments, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
• Influence stakeholders and provide solutions for complex challenges.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation within Salesforce.
• Develop and implement an annual retention strategy.
• Project revenue from the book-of-business.
• Conduct training for other teams and share market insights.
• Suggest strategies to enhance collaboration and improve workflows.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, customer support, or sales.
• Proven experience managing complex health plan clients and successfully growing and retaining accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of quality performance programs, including HEDIS, Medicare Stars, NCQA, and other quality rating systems.
• Proficient in using Salesforce tools, including Salesforce.com.
• Capability to prioritize and manage various tasks, creatively address issues, and escalate challenges when necessary.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all organizational levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to influence, negotiate, and successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to act as a team resource and thought leader in developing innovative solutions.
• Capacity to collaborate and work inclusively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
