Manager, CDx Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the CDx portfolio and projects as part of the Precision Medicine Team.

• Assist the Diagnostics Alliance Manager in managing CDx collaborations, including project scoping, budget accruals, and forecasting.

• Facilitate CDx partner engagement by coordinating new project scoping, contract reviews, budget accruals, forecasting, and variance tracking.

• Organize and manage CDx project timelines, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, follow-ups, and status updates with both internal stakeholders and external diagnostic partners.

• Monitor project risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation strategies, escalating any potential impacts on timelines, quality, scope, or budget.

• Maintain a centralized set of CDx portfolio and project tracking tools that encompass programs, milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies.

• Systematize and upkeep internal and external CDx documentation repositories, which include SharePoint sites, project records, templates, trackers, and materials for partners.

• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biology or a related scientific field is preferred.

• At least 5+ years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or IVD companies.

• Expertise in portfolio tracking and management.

• Experience in budget tracking and forecasting.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate efficiently with internal cross-functional teams and external CDx partners.

• High proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Previous experience in drug-diagnostics co-development is desirable but not mandatory.
