Manager, Call Center APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients via phone and various communication methods to sign them up for trial lessons.

• Provide detailed information regarding products and services while addressing and resolving any client inquiries or issues.

• Ensure that clients are successfully enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.

• Assist clients throughout the entire school enrollment procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available for full-time work, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

• Access to a Windows or Mac computer/laptop.

• Reliable internet connection is necessary.

• A webcam and microphone are required.

• Proficiency in Polish or the ability to communicate professionally with clients.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
