Manager, Business Systems and Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assist the Finance and Reporting team for the RTX Enterprise Services digital organization.

• Support both Corporate and Enterprise Services.

• Collaborate across various digital and functional workstreams.

• Design and configure systems and processes that align with Finance and Reporting needs.

• Facilitate executive communication.

• Provide continuous technical and administrative assistance for the OneStream reporting platform.

• Oversee OneStream applications, including tasks such as copy/refresh, creation/deletion, and monitoring disk space.

• Manage users, roles, groups, ACM tools, and provisioning dashboards.

• Resolve issues related to login failures, desktop client problems, Excel add-ins, and performance complications.

• Install and troubleshoot OneStream Marketplace Solutions.

• Oversee upgrades and roll out desktop and Excel client updates to a large user base.

• Support integrations involving Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, SAP Connector, SIC, and OS-to-SAP automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of pertinent software engineering or enterprise application delivery experience.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Practical experience in providing OneStream technical and administrative support across multiple highly available environments.

• Proficient in OneStream application management, including copy/refresh, application creation/deletion, and disk space monitoring.

• Expertise in user provisioning, including user/role/group management, ACM tool administration, and custom provisioning dashboard updates.

• Experience in supporting login failures, desktop client issues, Excel add-in troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

• Background in managing OneStream Marketplace Solutions, including ACM, System Diagnostics, and CAT, with installation and troubleshooting responsibilities.

• Experience overseeing upgrades and deploying desktop and Excel client updates to large user populations (5,000+ employees).

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, and Alteryx integrations using REST APIs is preferred.

• Experience with OneStream SAP Connector, SIC integration, and OS-to-SAP load automation is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently are preferred.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills are preferred.

• Comfortable in dynamic environments with ongoing enhancements and releases are preferred.
