Manager, Business Systems and Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Direct Tax applications, such as Longview, Corptax, Alteryx Server, and associated technologies.

• Implement software engineering and application delivery methodologies to enhance and modernize solutions.

• Streamline financial processes through automation.

• Enhance integrations and ensure the reliability of production services.

• Drive financial transformation and optimize processes.

• Collaborate across digital and functional teams.

• Conduct design and configuration tasks.

• Engage in communication with executives.

• Support the Tax Applications environment.

• Develop and sustain systems and processes that align with Finance, Reporting, Middleware, and ERP integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in software engineering or enterprise application delivery.

• Proficient in development with C# and .NET, SQL, and Python.

• Familiarity with source control and delivery platforms such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with SFTP, Apigee, PowerBI, and SAP.

• Proven track record in delivering solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture or design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

• Experience in building or supporting financial or other mission-critical enterprise applications, encompassing application interfaces, data flows, reporting, and automation.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and AI use cases.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are permitted access to certain essential systems.
