Manager, Business Product Owner – Risk Stratification & Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for both strategic and tactical planning activities and designs focused on the development and implementation of Care Management solutions.

• Establish and convey product plans, concepts, use cases, features, functionalities, growth strategies, and profitability objectives.

• Engage with customers about new product releases and features.

• Outline internal processes for product strategy, roadmap development, and priority setting.

• Collect and evaluate feedback from sales, marketing, development, and field teams.

• Identify market demands and articulate requirements for capabilities, features, performance, and client interface design.

• Advocate product advantages, capabilities, and value propositions through interactions with key customers.

• Prioritize, rationalize, and guarantee the delivery of subsystems according to product development schedules.

• Supervise business-level validation and market testing of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably nursing, or equivalent experience is essential.

• At least 5 years of product management experience in healthcare enterprise solutions.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering care management solutions.

• Project management and planning experience are necessary.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
