Managed XSIAM Service Delivery Lead

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide exceptional onboarding and ongoing technical support for Managed XSIAM clients.

β€’ Gather and evaluate customer security information to pinpoint areas for enhancement in detection coverage, alert quality, tenant maintenance, and automation use cases.

β€’ Guide customers on best practices for alert tuning, data onboarding, and optimizing correlation.

β€’ Foster ongoing improvements in customer security posture and measurable time-to-value achievements.

β€’ Effectively manage incoming customer inquiries and prioritize them accordingly.

β€’ Work in conjunction with the SOC engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

β€’ Lead customer interactions, including onboarding sessions, security assessments, and proactive engagement meetings.

β€’ Simplify complex detection and response concepts into actionable advice for various audiences.

β€’ Collaborate with Unit 42's SOC engineering, Product, and MDR teams to maintain consistent service quality and cross-functional collaboration.

β€’ Create and implement automation workflows that improve detection, response, and reporting efficiency.

β€’ Advocate for customer needs internally and support enhancements and escalations.

β€’ Assist in developing documentation, best practices, and scalable frameworks for the Managed XSIAM service.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Security Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SOC operations.

β€’ Preferably experienced within enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS environments.

β€’ Strong grasp of XDR, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, including incident and alert management, correlation development, and data source onboarding.

β€’ Proven experience working alongside security analysts, engineers, and threat hunters in operational settings.

β€’ Excellent communication skills for conveying complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

β€’ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment for prioritizing tasks and managing complex customer requirements.

β€’ A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and detection methodologies.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
