Managed Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to the managed services team as needed, which includes addressing customer inquiries, performing online research, and generating reports.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of internal databases and tracking systems.

• Follow strict confidentiality and data security protocols.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• A High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong research and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in utilizing online search engines and internet browsers.

• A solid work ethic with the capability to work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of data privacy concepts.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Must reside in the United States.
