Major Shareholding Reporting Analyst, 12 Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Generate disclosures for major shareholdings and ensure that regulatory obligations are fulfilled accurately and punctually.

• Track and compute reportable positions, proactively raising alerts as thresholds are approached.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities throughout global markets.

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and third-party providers to uphold efficient reporting processes.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and risk mitigation.

• Assist in regulatory reporting across various jurisdictions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in operations, regulatory reporting, legal, or compliance.

• Familiarity with Major Shareholding Reporting regulations in one or more jurisdictions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient IT skills and a keen interest in process enhancement.

• Experience within the investment management sector.
