This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Achieving all sales targets and objectives through the formulation and execution of strategic business plans for all designated customers.
• Building relationships at the Executive level, evidenced by access to, meetings with, and business discussions involving customers. A deep understanding of customers’ goals, initiatives, challenges, and the purchasing/contracting processes and timelines for significant strategic projects.
• Knowledge of product and business unit synergies, along with the value proposition of the extensive ICU Medical portfolio.
• Inclusion of the broader portfolio team as necessary, aligned with customer initiatives and the organizational goals of ICU Medical, including strategic directives for customer engagement and subsequent steps related to specific opportunities.
• Proficiency with ICU Medical contract structures, coupled with the capability to evaluate customer contract compliance and overall performance.
• Familiarity with the general framework of competitive contracts and selling strategies, as well as the opportunities and challenges present in the competitive landscape.
• Participation in special projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in medical sales.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy interfacing sales for disposables.
• A proven history of achieving quotas and growth in territory while cultivating existing customer relationships.
• This position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to fulfill the essential functions of your role at customer locations.
• Travel is required 50% of the time.
