This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair or substitute faulty components as necessary.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and execute scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Oversee and sustain HVAC, electrical, and various building systems.
• Examine equipment and facilities to ensure safety and adherence to codes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance tasks and repairs conducted.
• Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance inquiries.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools effectively.
• Operate across multiple sites within the designated geographic area.
• No formal degree is necessary.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, and experienced in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Capable of identifying problems and developing effective resolutions.
• Strong attention to detail for thorough inspections and precise repairs.
• Physically fit to perform maintenance tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain work documentation.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to work across various locations within the geographic area.
