Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

• Repair or replace faulty components

• Carry out routine inspections and service machinery

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to avert breakdowns

• Oversee and sustain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems

• Evaluate equipment and facilities for safety and code adherence
