This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Perform routine inspections, service equipment, and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Oversee and maintain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with code regulations for equipment and facilities.
• Record maintenance activities and repairs in documentation.
• Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Manage spare parts and tools effectively.
• Provide coverage across various sites within the technician’s geographic area.
• A formal degree is not necessary.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, along with the diagnostics and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Capability to identify problems and devise effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail for comprehensive inspections and precise repairs.
• Physical capability to carry out maintenance tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and maintain accurate documentation of work.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations within a designated geographic area.
• Availability for regular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency responsibilities.
• Training is provided.
• Relevant certifications or trade experience are advantageous but not mandatory for entry.
