This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Fix or replace faulty components.
• Perform regular inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Oversee and maintain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Evaluate equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with codes.
• Record maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
• Quickly respond to urgent maintenance requests.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory.
• Operate across various locations within the technician’s market.
• No formal degree is necessary.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with both hand and power tools.
• Experience in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Skilled in the diagnostics and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Capable of performing physical maintenance tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to operate across multiple sites in a designated geographic area.
• Training opportunities available.
• Relevant certifications or trade experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
