This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Replace or repair faulty components as needed.
• Perform routine inspections, service equipment, and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Oversee and sustain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Assess equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
• Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Operate across multiple locations within the designated geographic area.
• Expertise in using hand and power tools, including diagnostics and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Capability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail for comprehensive inspections and precise repairs.
• Physical capability to carry out maintenance duties.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and accurately document tasks performed.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Experience in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work across various locations.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
