This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components as necessary.
• Perform routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Oversee and maintain HVAC, electrical, and various building systems.
• Assess equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with codes.
• Keep a record of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Serve multiple Whistle Express locations within the technician’s designated geographic area.
• No degree is necessary for entry-level positions.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Experience in diagnosing issues within mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Capability to identify and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail is essential for inspections and repairs.
• Physically capable of performing active, hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and document work accurately.
• Willingness to work across various sites within a geographic market.
• Availability for regular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties when necessary.
• Training will be provided.
• Relevant certifications or trade experience are highly advantageous.
• Flexible scheduling options available, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
