Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

• Fix or substitute faulty components.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of equipment.

• Oversee and sustain HVAC, electrical, and building systems.

• Evaluate equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with codes.

• Record maintenance activities and repairs accurately.

• Swiftly respond to urgent maintenance requests.

• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

• Operate across multiple locations within the market.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Skilled in using hand/power tools, diagnostics, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail during inspections and repairs.

• Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and document tasks effectively.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Relevant certifications or trade experience are advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Willingness to work across multiple sites within the geographic market.

• Availability for regular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency duties.
