
Maintenance Asset Receiving Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct daily audits of the Maintenance Packing Slip database.
• Complete actions related to open receipts and verify the accuracy of component paperwork.
• Record part numbers, serial numbers, and the most recent maintenance actions in AMIS.
• Input documented maintenance for parts and components into the computer maintenance tracking system.
• Ensure that the maintenance program's TBO/SLL and inspections are inherited and projected accurately.
• Relocate parts to their designated warehouse.
• Process the receipt of engines and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system.
• Update component builds in AMIS according to repair and overhaul certifications and documentation.
• Perform calculations related to components, including engine and airframe formulas.
• Review weekly COUPA delinquent receipts and collaborate with mechanics to receive parts that are over two weeks past their physical receipt.
• Monitor assets and refresh RAMCO records.
• Offer maintenance receiving assistance during AOG situations outside of regular business hours.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED with one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in aviation or system receiving is essential.
• Knowledge of industry General Maintenance Manuals, relevant Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding.
• Proficient understanding of aviation parts, maintenance programs, and configurations.
• Familiarity with airworthiness documentation requirements (8130, JAA, EASA).
• Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a high level of collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
• An A&P License is preferred.
