📋 Description

• Design and enhance Machine Learning (ML) models for tasks such as classification, ranking, retrieval, and personalization.

• Create efficient classifiers and work on optimizing model accuracy, precision, latency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Enhance search relevance and context retrieval through the use of embeddings, hybrid search, and reranking techniques.

• Develop personalization models that adapt to user behavior while ensuring privacy compliance.

• Establish evaluation pipelines, labeled datasets, and metrics to assess model performance.

• Refine and adjust existing models when adequate data is available.

• Construct and uphold Machine Learning (ML) training, inference, and deployment pipelines.

• Troubleshoot production challenges, monitor model performance, and implement enhancements based on practical feedback.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver dependable ML-driven features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Machine Learning (ML) is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required.

• Strong grounding in Machine Learning (ML) principles and contemporary neural architectures.

• Practical experience in building and deploying Machine Learning (ML) models in a production environment.

• Familiarity with classification, ranking, retrieval, recommendation systems, or personalization techniques.

• Comprehensive understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance metrics.

• Proficient in writing production-quality code and handling real-world datasets.

• Capable of balancing model quality, latency, cost, and reliability effectively.

• Strong sense of ownership and adept problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with embeddings, vector search, and ranking models.

• Knowledge of production Machine Learning (ML) systems and inference pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.

• Willingness to undertake a 60-minute coding assessment.
