📋 Description

• Design and enhance Machine Learning (ML) models for classification, ranking, retrieval, and personalization.

• Create efficient classifiers and optimize the accuracy, precision, latency, and cost of models.

• Enhance search relevance and context retrieval using embeddings, hybrid search techniques, and reranking methods.

• Develop personalization models that learn from user behavior while ensuring privacy is maintained.

• Establish evaluation pipelines, labeled datasets, and metrics to assess model quality.

• Fine-tune and adjust existing models when sufficient data is available.

• Construct and manage Machine Learning (ML) training, inference, and deployment pipelines.

• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor model performance, and implement improvements based on real-world feedback.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver dependable ML-powered features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Machine Learning (ML) is essential.

• Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is essential.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Machine Learning (ML) and contemporary neural architectures.

• Practical experience in building and deploying Machine Learning (ML) models in a production environment.

• Familiarity with classification, ranking, retrieval, recommendation systems, or personalization.

• Understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance metrics.

• Proficient in writing production-quality code and engaging with real-world datasets.

• Capability to balance model quality, latency, cost, and reliability.

• Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with embeddings, vector search, and ranking models.

• Familiarity with production Machine Learning (ML) systems and inference pipelines.

• Proficient in Python and PyTorch/JAX.

• Willing to undertake a 60-minute coding assessment.
