📋 Description

• Design and enhance the orchestration layer responsible for managing state transitions, sharing context, and routing intents across both vendor and internal LLM frameworks within a distributed conversational environment.

• Create production-grade Python services that connect advanced AI and ML capabilities with dependable customer-facing products.

• Lead well-defined ML projects from concept to execution, skillfully balancing technical trade-offs while collaborating with various teams.

• Contribute to system architecture, coding standards, and best practices in AI/ML development throughout the team.

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to develop secure, scalable, and high-performing AI-driven experiences.

• Engage in design reviews and ensure that features align with Coinbase's standards for security, compliance, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, with a track record of delivering production-grade ML services.

• Practical experience working with contemporary AI architectures such as LLMs and deep learning, along with familiarity with tools like LangGraph, LangSmith, Google ADK, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.

• Strong command of Python, capable of writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested production-level code.

• Proficient in at least one area such as NLP, information retrieval, computer vision, or statistical modeling.

• Competence in drafting technical design documents and clearly conveying ML system designs to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, applying human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable enhancements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
