Machine Learning, Computer Graphics Engineer – Junior/Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated feature-extraction and data-processing solutions for 3D CAD, 2D, and batch data that support machine learning systems.

• Develop, train, and implement deep learning models that comprehend geometry and power quoting, calculation, and optimization engines.

• Improve and expand 2D/3D/CAD tools and geometry solutions.

• Design, engineer, and manage cloud services, APIs, and automated model training/deployment from proof of concept to production under real load conditions.

• Collaborate across integrated cloud, data, computer vision, and machine learning services that utilize various programming languages and platforms.

• Integrate algorithms with factory-floor hardware and manufacturing processes.

• Reverse-engineer industrial protocols, construct edge data pipelines, and interpret complex 3D geometry.

• Contribute to Imnoo's SaaS platform focused on analyzing CNC parts, automating quoting and planning, and linking cloud systems with manufacturers and shop-floor machinery.

• Prototype, assess, and deploy solutions from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in machine learning and deep learning.

• Practical development experience or significant projects involving building, training, and deploying models using PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, scikit-learn, or comparable frameworks.

• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, geometry, statistics, and probability.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with both dynamically and statically typed languages, such as Python along with C++/C#.

• Hands-on experience in game development, 3D geometry, rendering, fluid simulations, CUDA/GPU programming, or related fields.

• Production-level experience in building or maintaining systems that operate under heavy load.

• Experience in CAD system development; familiarity with the CNC and mechanical industries.

• Experience with ML industrialization involving ONNX, quantization, Docker, MLOps practices, and automated model training and deployment.

• Proficient in processing, clustering, filtering, indexing, and querying large datasets; statistical testing and outlier analysis.

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS/Azure, SQL and NoSQL databases, and full-stack development such as Angular.
