Intern – LLM/RAG, Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI systems that include LLMs, RAG, databases, parsers, digital avatars, and tailored Python functions.

• Conduct thorough analyses of retrieval quality and usability, optimizing them independently.

• Leverage generative AI for vibe coding to swiftly develop high-quality software.

• Create pipelines and models in Python while ensuring quality through a meticulous testing strategy.

• Assist in enhancing the architecture of pipelines.

• Engage in brief team meetings and collaborate closely with various departments.

• Innovate AI-driven solutions for operational staff, training, instruction, and sustainable skills development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Geoinformatics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Python, Cursor or VS Code, and Git.

• Demonstrated interest in LLMs, RAG, and digital avatars.

• A structured, independent, and solutions-focused work approach.

• Preferably, initial GitHub projects, contributions, or personal repositories.

• Willingness to assume responsibility and experiment with new technologies.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
