M&A Integration Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the EVP of M&A and Integration Manager to develop integration plans and timelines.

• Manage multiple acquisition integration implementations concurrently.

• Define, monitor, and communicate initiatives and deliverables to the wider integration team and management stakeholders.

• Enhance and refine AI Fire’s best-practice integration playbook.

• Create and maintain dashboards for both internal and external updates.

• Relay project priorities to key stakeholders.

• Work alongside functional teams to align resources with integration plans.

• Prepare documentation to conclude integration projects and ensure effective transitions.

• Coordinate efforts with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Safety stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the broader M&A team from acquisition due diligence through to successful business integration.

• Report directly to the Integration Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project management or consulting.

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Previous M&A Integration experience is advantageous.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Effective and collaborative communication skills, adaptable for diverse audiences, from senior executives to junior staff.

• Capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision and managing projects from inception to completion.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• This role requires a minimum of 50% travel to support integrations.
