This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on luxury resorts, all-inclusive properties, cruises, and various travel destinations.

• Engage with clients to grasp their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.

• Create tailored vacation quotes and recommend personalized itineraries.

• Manage reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Clarify the different room categories, amenities, and package offerings available.

• Monitor payment deadlines and relay important travel information.

• Offer client support before, during, and after their travels.

• Foster client relationships and advocate for travel planning services.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is advantageous.
