This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on luxury resorts, all-inclusive venues, cruises, and various destinations.

• Engage with clients to gain insights into their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.

• Create tailored vacation quotes and itinerary suggestions.

• Manage reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Clarify available room categories, amenities, and package offerings.

• Monitor payment deadlines and relay essential travel information.

• Offer client support before, during, and after their travels.

• Foster client relationships and advocate for travel planning services.

• Passionate about luxury travel and custom vacation planning.

• Access to reliable internet and a computer or laptop.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is advantageous.
