
Luxury Transient Sales Manager – Private Island Resort

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive room revenue by acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value transient business accounts.
• Optimize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and overall profitability.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new transient business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet transient room revenue objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property tours.
• Build strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.
• Negotiate and manage agreements for preferred corporate rates and luxury travel partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to maximize production and retention.
• Review account performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Create tailored proposals and contracts that align with hotel revenue goals.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and hotel operations teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to enhance transient pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and demand patterns.
• Analyze account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to boost market share and sales in premium room categories.
• Represent the hotel at luxury travel industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Host familiarization trips and site visits for clients.
• Promote the property's luxury experiences, amenities, and brand standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel's reputation and guest experience.
• Track KPIs including transient room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, new account acquisition, account retention and growth, sales call productivity, luxury travel advisor production, and corporate negotiated rate production.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in NE, Florida, New York, or New Jersey during the selection process.
• Extensive experience in developing high-value transient business through corporate accounts, luxury travel advisors, and premium leisure channels.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Skilled in cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Proficient in maximizing ADR and RevPAR performance.
• Capable of identifying, soliciting, and securing transient business opportunities across corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, government, and travel advisor segments.
• Experienced in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Ability to conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property inspections.
• Skilled in building relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.
• Proficient in negotiating and managing preferred corporate rate agreements and luxury travel partnerships.
• Capable of maintaining key account relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to create customized proposals and contracts.
• Skilled in collaborating with hotel revenue management and operations teams.
• Proficient in analyzing account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
