Luxury Transient Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue for guest rooms by acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value transient business accounts.

• Optimize occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and overall profitability.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new transient business opportunities.

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet transient room revenue targets.

• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property tours.

• Establish relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.

• Negotiate and manage agreements for preferred corporate rates and luxury travel partnerships.

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize production and retention.

• Evaluate account performance and identify potential growth opportunities.

• Develop tailored proposals and contracts that align with hotel revenue goals.

• Facilitate communication between clients and hotel operations teams.

• Collaborate with Revenue Management to enhance transient pricing strategies.

• Keep track of market trends, competitive activities, and demand patterns.

• Analyze account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance.

• Identify opportunities to boost market share and sales of premium room categories.

• Represent the hotel at luxury travel industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

• Organize familiarization trips (FAMs) and client site visits.

• Showcase the property's luxury experiences, amenities, and brand standards.

• Act as an ambassador for the hotel's reputation and guest experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates located in NE, Florida, New York, or New Jersey during the selection process.

• Significant experience in developing high-value transient business via corporate accounts, luxury travel advisors, and premium leisure channels.

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

• Experience in negotiating strategic partnerships.

• Ability to cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

• Capacity to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Proficiency in maximizing ADR and RevPAR performance.

• Background in corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, government, and travel advisor segments.

• Experience with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.

• Proven experience in negotiating preferred corporate rate agreements and luxury travel partnerships.

• Familiarity with monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and demand patterns.

• Competence in analyzing account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
