This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Drive revenue for room bookings through the acquisition, development, and retention of valuable transient business accounts.
• Optimize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and overall profitability.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new transient business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet transient room revenue objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property tours.
• Establish relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.
• Negotiate and manage preferred corporate rate agreements and luxury travel collaborations.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to enhance production and retention.
• Review account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create tailored proposals and contracts in line with hotel revenue objectives.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and hotel operations teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies for transient bookings.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and demand patterns.
• Analyze account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
• Identify avenues to boost market share and sales of premium room categories.
• Represent the hotel at luxury travel industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Host familiarization trips and client visits to the property.
• Promote the property's luxurious experiences, amenities, and brand standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel's reputation and guest experience.
• Track metrics related to transient room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, new account acquisition, account retention and growth, sales call productivity, luxury travel advisor production, and corporate negotiated rate production.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in NE, Florida, New York, or New Jersey during the selection process.
• Extensive experience in developing high-value transient business through corporate accounts, luxury travel advisors, and premium leisure channels.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Skilled in cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Proficient in maximizing ADR and RevPAR performance.
• Experience with corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, government, and travel advisor segments.
• Capable of conducting sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property site inspections.
• Skilled at building relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.
• Competent in negotiating and managing preferred corporate rate agreements and luxury travel partnerships.
• Able to analyze account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
• Experienced in representing a luxury hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Capable of hosting familiarization trips and client site visits.
