LPC Associate – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions and provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

• Serve a diverse clientele, including couples and children.

• Assist clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Perform intakes and diagnose in accordance with the current DSM-5 under the guidance of a licensed supervisor.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

• Ensure availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in case consultations.

• Collaborate within a clinical network of over 2,700 licensed providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individuals aiming for Texas Licensure as a LPC in Texas.

• Must be approved by the board as a LPCA.

• Seeking independent licensure while residing in Texas.

• Graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Required graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety.

• Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

• Must be consistently available to clients for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.

• Behavioral health generalist willing to treat couples and children.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth and EHR tools.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.
