Loss Prevention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organizing and assisting with inventory counts

• Aiding store teams in executing inventories accurately

• Evaluating inventory outcomes, variances, and pertinent KPIs

• Formulating effective strategies to minimize losses

• Maintaining consistent communication with store locations

• Recognizing areas for enhancement and aiding in the enforcement of established standards and practices

• Designing and conducting training on loss prevention, inventory protocols, and internal guidelines

• Assessing and enhancing current loss prevention and inventory methodologies

• Participating in cross-departmental projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail, loss prevention, internal auditing, or inventory management

• Strong understanding of operational workflows in a store-centric organization, along with inventory and stock management processes

• Proficient in managing KPIs and data analytics

• Capability to identify inconsistencies and formulate actionable measures

• Excellent command of German

• Good command of English

• Valid Class B driver's license

• Willingness to travel frequently for business and visit stores across Germany
