📋 Description

• Create 30- to 60-minute interview video content for The Rundown's YouTube channel

• Transform raw interview footage into refined YouTube videos

• Design lower-third text animations and other complementary motion graphics

• Implement color correction, audio mixing, sound effects, and music selection

• Uphold The Rundown’s visual identity while staying aligned with current platform trends

• Enhance edits to maximize audience retention, watch time, pacing, text placement, and visuals

• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring consistent quality

• Collaborate with fellow video team members

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in editing content for YouTube and/or other social media platforms

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong grasp of motion graphics workflows

• Advanced understanding of full-stack editing, including basic color grading, audio mixing, sound effects, music selection, and final delivery packaging

• Familiarity with effective design principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Capability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail

• Interest in AI, technology, and digital media

• Animation experience is advantageous
