Logistics & Operations Assistant – Afternoon Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute administrative duties across various departments, ensuring all requests are addressed within designated timeframes.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records in CRM and internal systems.

• Address customer and internal queries via email and chat with professionalism and promptness.

• Organize scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to facilitate seamless operations.

• Keep customer files, notes, and records systematically organized and readily accessible at all times.

• Create clear and error-free documentation and reports for customer-facing interactions.

• Identify potential challenges or delays and report them to the relevant coordinator.

• Carry out other similar or related duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or roles involving customer interaction.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities concurrently.

• Capacity to make straightforward decisions and adjust to workflows that are partially documented or changing.

• Familiarity with Asana, Notion, Trello, or other project management tools is advantageous.

• Skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection are required.

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
