Logistics Intelligence Analyst – Fleet

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Director of Fleet Solutions in managing projects related to Fleet Maintenance operations

• Evaluate current supply chain processes, systems, and fleet maintenance activities

• Discover improvement opportunities through the analysis of supply chain data

• Collaborate with Fleet Managers on the scoping, design, alignment, and execution of fleet initiatives

• Monitor project advancements and enhance resource efficiency

• Partner on data storytelling to convey insights effectively

• Deliver recommendations and updates on initiatives to stakeholders

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data pertaining to Fleet Maintenance operations

• Support the development, testing, and implementation of methodologies and techniques aimed at enhancing company performance

• Ensure data visibility and endorse initiatives for Fleet Maintenance operations

• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to processes, projects, and operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in supply chain, fleet management, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain principles

• Proficient in data-driven root-cause analysis

• Capable of identifying data gaps and extracting insights

• Basic understanding of change management and project management principles

• Ability to communicate data interpretations clearly to diverse audiences

• Self-motivated individual who meets deadlines, proposes alternatives, and drives change

• Eagerness to learn and assess the performance of complex, high-volume fleet operations

• Excellent time management skills for handling competing priorities and ambiguous situations

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with highly functioning fleet maintenance operations

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs

• Experience in change management

• Capability to perform basic financial analysis

• Proficient in SQL and other data analysis tools

• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
