Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor shipments with various carriers and couriers.

• Prepare necessary shipping documentation and customs forms.

• Keep customers and suppliers updated on the status of deliveries.

• Address and resolve issues such as delays, damages, and missed deliveries.

• Maintain records of shipments and generate weekly reports.

• Manage the movement of goods for a UK-based business from dispatch to delivery.

• Ensure customers and suppliers are informed throughout the shipping process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.

• Familiarity with tracking or order management systems like ShipStation.

• Strong proficiency in written English and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to confidently resolve issues with carriers.

• Access to a dependable laptop and a stable fiber internet connection.

• Knowledge of UK courier services.

• Understanding of customs and import documentation.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking purposes.
