Login-out/Sample Management Staff – Customer Service – Hardline

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sample lifecycle, which includes receiving, processing, sorting, storing, and distributing testing samples to the appropriate laboratories.

• Accept, manage, and categorize incoming samples.

• Update and maintain sample information within the eLims system.

• Assess and transfer samples to the designated testing teams.

• Organize, store, and preserve samples in compliance with company policies and client specifications.

• Communicate with Customer Service regarding sample status, Test Request Forms, sample receipt, and any client inquiries or complaints.

• Adhere to document and sample management regulations.

• Follow safety protocols, 5S standards, and sample preservation guidelines.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or 6 months of experience in a testing/laboratory environment is preferred.

• Must have graduated from college or university.

• Basic proficiency in English; able to read and comprehend English technical documents.

• Quick learner with attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility for sample management.

• Strong skills in logical sample organization and scientific storage.

• Proficient in utilizing Excel or tracking logs for effective sample management.

• Capable of working independently as well as under pressure; must be enthusiastic and reliable.
